Lori Caden, along with her sister Kari, began Caden Concepts in 1998. At first, operating out of Lori’s high-rise condo in Los Angeles, the two savvy Michigan natives quickly grew the business and clientele. From there, with an established customer base and a solid foundation they relocated to a beautiful office facing the famous landmark Hollywood sign. Their focus is on a service driven promotional products company with an emphasis on creativity and superior customer service.

Their drive to become a top industry player, coupled with the inherent "family" nature of their business, directed a strong commitment to establishing personal relationships with their clients. As sisters, Lori and Kari built upon their strong relationship and knowledge of each other's strengths and weaknesses to form a cohesive operation, what they describe as being, "each other's yin and yang". While Lori focuses on the numbers and the Fortune 500 clientele, Kari guides the creative and marketing fronts while overseeing the sales force.
